We currently have staff positions in our nursery department Including:

Nursery Director – $17/hour

Position Summary:

The Nursery Director provides leadership and oversight for the church nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for children ages 0–3. This role involves scheduling, training, and supervising nursery staff and volunteers, as well as communicating with parents and church leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursery operations during all designated services and events
• Supervise and support nursery staff and volunteers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Ensure policies for safety, hygiene, and child check-in/out are followed
• Provide training and onboarding for new team members
• Communicate with parents and church leadership as needed
• Manage nursery supplies and request materials as needed
• Model Christ-like love, patience, and care for all children

Qualifications:

• Experience working with infants and toddlers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to create a calm and structured environment
• A growing relationship with Christ and love for families
• Completed background check
• Age 18+

Nursery Staff – $15/hour

Position Summary:

Nursery Staff provide care and supervision for children ages 0–3 during church services and events. This role helps create a safe, loving space where young children are nurtured and parents feel confident of their childrens care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for children during services and events
• Ensure the nursery is clean, safe, and organized
• Follow safety, hygiene, and check-in/out procedures
• Engage with children through age-appropriate play
• Work under the direction of the Nursery Director
• Support volunteers and help maintain a calm atmosphere
• Communicate with parents in a friendly, helpful manner
• Model Christ-like love, patience, and care for all children

Qualifications:

• Experience with young children preferred but not necessary
• Age 18+
• Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
• Completed background check
